High-tech Venture Enterprise Learning And Its Impact Study Of The Factors

Entrepreneurial learning is the source of the sustainable advantage of a company. This study focused on the process and the facilitating factors of the entrepreneurial learning in order to find ways to help Chinese firms to cope with the competition after China's entering into the WTO.There are three stages in this study. At the first stage, based on many literatures review abroad and at home, this article brings forward to the model of entrepreneurial learning process and influencing factors in order to build up a model of relationship of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance. The second stage covered the interview and case study, to analyze the structure of entrepreneurial learning. In the third stage, 146 employees from 80 different enterprises were surveyed through questionnaires.The conclusions indicated that:(l) Entrepreneurial learning of Chinese high-tech enterprises consist of four key dimensions: Opportunity acquisition, Innovation and creation, implementation, intraorganizational knowledge sharing. The entrepreneurial learning has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial performances. (2) Entrepreneurial culture, Entrepreneurial surroundings and organizational structure contribute to the explanation of the level of entrepreneurial learning. (3) At different development stage of the company, the entrepreneurial learning was different. However, the numbers of employees do not have separately an impact on the entrepreneurial learning. (4) Entrepreneurial learning was moderate effects between the antecedents and consequences.
