Corporate culture has been a fashionable research field of management since 20th century. There were many enterprises that had begun to take their eyes in corporate culture and to adopt management theories in China since early of 1980s. Many models of enterprise culture have been built up in the past 20 years, so there are many different types of corporate culture in China now. But some of the enterprise culture can not match the changing competition conditions. The enterprise culture must be changed. Only by this way, the enterprises can fit for the domestic competition conditions and the enterprises can catch up with the step of management development.Many enterprises have got successes in the operation of corporate culture in the past twenty years, but many enterprises have failed, Haier and Changhong are successful enterprises. The core concept of Haier culture is to focus on employees. The successful corporate culture is built in Haier by changing the management philosophy, reforming the regulations and structure of enterprise. The core concept of Changhong culture is to reciprocate homeland by developing the industry. Changhong obtained its competitive advantages by the development of technology and marketing, by the building up of successful corporate culture, whichstrengthened the enterprise's competitive power. Certainly, there are many unsuccessful cases. Giant company's failure is a good example.The way of how China's enterprises to change their culture to keep up with the changing market circumstances can be found from the study of this paper. The corporate culture should be developed with the development of China's market conditions, with the operation of corporation and the society.
