The system of Bill Right obtained by Bona Fide Purchace is a very important system in the Commercial Instrument Law.The negotiability explains the birth and the enduring life of Bill.The said system is a very special arrangement in the Bill Act,to ensure the Bill negotiability and the legal social value of justice and economic benefit.Starting from the system of the movabale estate obtained by Bona Fide, this thesis induces the theoretical and practical basis of the system of Bill Right Obtained by Bona Fide,and deeply analyze the similarities and differences of both systems and comprehensively expounds its constitutive requirments and effects.With the reference to the international pratice and domestic judicial pratice,I illustrate my personal understanding on some questioning provisions.Directing to the said system,some feasible corresponding legislative recommendation has been put forth ,on the application the vacant Bill,the standard of gross negligence ,the specific and workable leval of consideration,the distribution of the burden of proof. On the whole ,charaterized by its internationality and unification and appropriate advancement,our current Commercial instrument Act still needs further amending to serve the market economy better.
