With the quick development of science and technology, the updating speed of product generation increases, the life span of products shortens and the competition between enterprises aggravates.Only these products which have the real producing value can make sense for the improvement of enterprises' competition. How to evaluate the real value of products and provide the scientific evidence for put-to-produce decision is the same problem which many companies will have to face.This thesis tries to establish a comprehensive evaluation method combined with quantitative and qualitative method, from present and long-term view, to analyze the probability and necessity of the order of unusual products and the overall competition ability of enterprise for the HR company, providing the evidence for put-to-produce decision of the company.This thesis consists of seven parts:Clarifying the background and the purpose of research.Comprehensively discussing the research method and the developing trend which are usually used in the field of multi-index evaluation.Bordening the concept of unusual product category; Discussing the reality basis of HR company which carries out the comprehensive evaluation.Establishing the comprehensive evaluating model of unusual category, including using multi-hierachy fuzzy evaluating method to analyze the product' s competitive ability: analyzing the put-to-produce probability from the capability of manufacture: make use of modified analyzing model of cost-volume-profit to analyze the return earningsUsing examples to demonstrate the probability of the usage of comprehensive evaluation modelAt the end of article, it discusses the inner circumstance and supporting factors when company make products decision.
