Equipment Maintenance Quality Process Control And Research

With the increasing modernization of armaments, its maintenance is becoming more and more important in national defense. So far, more attentions are paid to maintenance technologies and maintenance materials etc. in the field of armament maintenance. The process control of maintenance quality has not been done much yet both in researches and practices. It is therefore very significant to conduct studies on process control of armament maintenance quality.This thesis concerns two issues that are assessment indices and process control of armament maintenance quality. Firstly, by the supporting of a consulting project, we have analyzed the problems in the process control of armament maintenance at maintenance enterprises. A ruzzy technology-based assessment index system is established for assessing and comparing armament maintenance quality among maintenance enterprises and with an enterprise. Secondly, different statistical methods such as Pareto diagram are used to analyze critical influence factors in armament maintenance. The results can be used as guidelines for process monitoring in armament maintenance. Thirdly, a case of process control of maintenance quality is introduced from a Japanese company. An integrated quality control and improvement system for armament maintenance is proposed in the thesis by using the results derived from above researches. The detailed procedures are given for the implementation of maintenance quality control. Fourthly, we have examined problems and mistakes which are frequently occur in maintenance processes. Finally, circumstance that influence maintenance quality is studied for the process control of armament maintenance.
