On The CPC's Third Generation Leading Group Of The National Economic Policy

China is a country with 56 ethnic groups. And it is well-known, the economic level of national regions is apparently behind other Han majority regions. At the beginning of this new era, the People's Government of China put forward to building a well-off society in an all-round way. That means we must work hard to expedite the speed of development of ethnic economy and shorten the differences between the east and the west.In order to improve the ethnic groups' living condition, China People's Government has adopted and practiced a series of policies in the past fifty years, which have brought many changes to ethnic groups and proved to be correctly. From 1989 to 2002, under the third leadership of the Communist Party of China, the ethnic groups in national regions has gotten rapid economic growth and great achievements. Nowadays, studying and analyzing these economic policies are very important and necessary.Basing on the view of ethnic theory, this thesis mainly studies the ethnic economic policy of the third leadership of the CPC by using the basic principle of policy science, ethnology, ethnic economics and other subjects. According to the theory of ethnic economic policy, the thesis pays closed attention to the problems in the process of carrying out thesepolicies, and introduces the deep reasons of it.There are six chapters in this thesis. The first chapter analyzes the basis and principles of making ethnic economic policy of the third leadership of the CPC. The second chapter narrates the contents of ethnic economic policy on five facets. The third chapter discusses the effective practices of the ethnic economic policy. The fourth chapter illustrates the achievements of carrying out the ethnic economic policy basing on large amounts of integrated figures. In the fifth chapter, the thesis brings forward some opinions on existing problems coherent with implementation. Lastly, the thesis puts forward some advices on perfecting the ethnic economic policy system by the guide of the important thought of Three Represents.
