ZHENG-AO Group grows fast after the nucleic acid storm, it gains 90% market share of the nucleic acid market in China. But with the entrance of other companies , the development of customers maturity and the increase of the difficulty to gain client resource, ZHENG-AO SHANGHAI COMPANY also meets its problem. It is urgent for the company to analyze the market development, to discover what the customer really needs and to make new marketing strategies.Basing on the consumer behaviors analyses, circumstance analyses of the company facing both inside and outside and the 4Rs marketing theory, this paper design new marketing strategy for ZHENG-AO SHANGHAI COMPANY. This paper applies theory to reality, and try to bring the 4Rs and other marketing theories to the health care product marketing and promotion practices.There are five chapters in this paper. Chapter one, this paper analyses the situation and development trend of the Healthcare Food Products both inbound and outbound, finds the problem of HENG-AO SHANGHAI COMPANY facing. Chapter two studies the SHANGHAI health care product market including market demand analysis and consumer behavioral analysis. Chapter three analyses the industry competition, and develop the strength and weakness analysis for ZHENG-AO SHANGHAI COMPANY. Chapter four subdivides the market and chose the goal market for the company and to do some corresponding goal market decision-making. At last, chapter five gives marketing strategy.This paper carries on the depth analysis to the constitution factor and influencing factor of ZHENG-AO SHANGHAI COMPANY marketing strategy, constitutes the suitable marketing strategy, and provide some suggestion and method for its further development, this paper is instructional and helpful to other company of Healthcare Food Products.
