On The Un's Preventive Strategy

The preventive strategy of the United Nations develops on the basics of preventive diplomacy. How to solve these has become the key for its successful development. In the last part, with the writer's recognition, this article expounds shortcomings of the preventive strategy, and puts forward some shallow suggestion of how to solve them in detail.
