New County Party's Congress In The New Era Of Henan Province

The representative assembly system of The Communist Party of China is a fundamental organization system of the party. To Insist on and perfect the representative assembly system of the party is significant to Strengthening the Party-building, realizing the democratic centralism of the party, developing the democracy of the party, improving the fighting capacity of the party further, and guaranteeing the carrying out of the route ,policy of the party. This thesis chooses the representative assembly of the party at county level--Xin County of Henan Province, as the instance. Using the basic principle of political science and the history of the party, and in terms of microcosmic view, the author applies practical analysis and studies on the traditional agenda policy, democratic way to elect, the role of representatives , the operating mechanism of The representative assembly system of the party and other relevant problems. On the basis of the above analysis, and from the standing of theory, the author proposes some suggestions on reforming and perfecting The representative assembly system of the party further.This thesis can be divided into two sections-foreword and text, and the latter includes four chapters. Foreword mainly introduces the meaning and cause of the selected title, and introduces present research situation of representative assembly system of the party.Chapter 1 takes history as the core, and put in order the basic situation of the representative assembly of party of Xin County of new period. Chapter 2 and 3 combines history and discussion together. On the basis of the analysis and research to the basic situation that chapter 1 introduces, the author summarizes the functions which the representative assembly of party of Xin County has played in new period. And analyses the realistic problems existing in operating of the representative assembly system of the party. In chapter 4, through studying the basic situation of the representative assembly of the party of Xin Country of new period, the author has drawn some conclusions, and put forward some suggestion on reforming and perfecting the representative assembly system of the party further.
