As the fast-growth of Macao economy, the public focuses on their investment activities and demands for various financial investment tools or channels. It takes the financial market becomes more and more competitive. Moreover, due to the quick and rich circulation of the information flow, it catalyzes the new generation of financial investment tools. Here comes the new trend of banking strategy - e-channel. Cyber Banking is a key element of banking business between competitors. In Cyber Banking Service, customer can have the financial activities to be done through communication network, instead of having transactions through tellers. In general, Cyber Banking Service consists of Self-service Center, EFT-POS, Telephone Banking, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking and so on. In this Master thesis, I perform a research about Cyber Banking in Macao S.A.R. and its development strategies. I also hope it can bring a little reference for the banks and any financial sectors.
