From Boq Cost Management Discussion

The title of this article is From Bill of Quantity To Management of Projection Budget.The main context of this article is divided into two parts,the bill of quantity and the management of projection budget.In the first aspect ,I discuss the rationalize and excellence of the application,at the same time,I make a contrast between the bill of quantity and the traditional quota and discuss the application of it in the bid and we have much work to improve. In the second aspect,I analyse the current condition of the management of budget.Besides, I disscus how to contral the budget of projection through different phases and different participants.
