What are the influential factors of the industrial clusters?This paper answers the above questions with an effort from stand of the enterprise of the industrial clusters, and to interpret in details the influential factors of the industrial clusters of Yangzhou City.Details of industrial cluster had caused wide interests in the academic field. Many researchers analyzed the industrial cluster from different views, such as economics, management, geography and sociology.The article is divided into six chapters, with the main themes of each chapter as follows:Chapter One proposes the objectives and meanings of the research, and introduces the basic methodology, the basic structure and main ideas of the paper.Chapter Two evaluates relevant researches done home and abroad, and uses the modern economics analysis' tools of Procedural rationality, Institutional Economics, Game Theory to argue the influential factors of industrial clusters.Chapter Three investigates the influential factors of industrial cluster, which are namely Transportation Cost, Scale Economics, the externality, trade cost and knowledge spillovers, and the results of the data base of Yangzhou's industrial cluster accord with the influential factors. Among them knowledge spillovers are investigated especially. As for any enterprise in a cluster, it can acquire knowledge by learning in industrial cluster, by which knowledge spillovers happen.Chapter Four analyses the great effects of regional economy of Yangzhou City, which the industrial cluster makes.Chapter Five brings out the methods of developing Yangzhou's industrial clusters.This paper investigates the influential factors of industrial cluster, which are namely Transportation Cost, Scale Economics, the externality, trade cost and knowledge spillovers, and uses the modern economics analysis' tools of Proceduralrationality, Institutional Economics, Game Theory to argue the influential factors of industrial clusters. According to the problems of Yangzhou' industrial clusters, brings out the methods of developing the industrial clusters. The industrial cluster makes great effect to the develop of Yangzhou City's economics.3.Developing industrial cluster is an effective method to improve yangzhou's economics.
