On The Chinese Institutional Innovation Of The New Era

System innovations here are ones realized by socialist reforms in the new period of China. We can set up the idea to reform actively and also get more freedom to innovate the systems by studying system innovations in the new period of China. Dialectical materialism and historical materialism are my main thinking tools.The system innovations in the new period of China can be divided into three stages. The first stage is from the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC to the Third Plenary Session of the Twelfth Central Committee of the CPC. System innovations started to walk. The second stage is from the Third Plenary Session of the Twelfth Central Committee of the CPC to the Fourteenth National Congress of the CPC. Reforms expanded in both villages and towns. The third stage is from the Fourteenth National Congress of CPC till now. Reforms strode a great step into a deepened stage.The essential experiences of system innovations in the new period of China include nine aspects. 1. We must abide by the common social laws and laws in the socialist construction.2.We must abide by the correct ideological route—emancipating ideology, seeking truth from facts and progressing further with each passing day. 3. We must believe in and depend on the masses, carry the socialist democracy forward, bring people's creativity into play, coordinate the inner contradictions of the masses, and build a socialist harmonious society. 4. We must adhere to the test method. 5. We must adhere to progressing step by step in an orderly way. 6. We must draw experiences and lessons from the practice of the countries all over the world.7. We must keep the society stable and the reforms under control. 8.
