Exchanges Between China And Asean Countries Political Practice Research

With the development of China itself and the change of international andregional situation, Good-neighbour diplomatic is outstanding day by day in ourcountry's diplomatic. As for the ASEAN countries in the southeast of China, DengXiaoping pointed out : "The countries in Southeast Asia is a near neighbour of China,it is an important goal of the Chinese foreign policy to establish and developlong-term good-neighborly relations with various countries of Southeast Asia. " EveryASEAN member is not only near to China , there are long sea-land borders between 6members and our country, but in history, as a part of Chinese System, they hadestablished long standing communications and connections like " relatives and friends" in different fields with China. The ASEAN countries are playing a more and moreimportant role on the international arena. Developing the political communicativepractice between China and ASEAN countries benefits not only the two sides but theAsia-Pacific Region as well.This text analyses the political communicative practice between ASEANcountries and China systematically. The purpose of the research is to offer some valuereferences to improve the relations between two sides and to offer some opinions toestablish a new-type partnership among the countries. In detail, this paper is dividedinto four parts: First of all, it studies the significances of the political communicativepractice between China and ASEAN countries, and we know the importance andnecessity to deepen the political communicative practice between both sides. Secondly,it reviews the political communicative practice between China and ASEAN countriesbefore and after the Cold War ,which experienced some twists and turns, then I givesome certain opinions on the communicative practice in philosophy theories andsummarizes the experiences and lessons to propose the principles and ways thatstrengthen the political communicative practice between China and ASEAN countries.It is the most important part which is the third part of this article. At last, on theanalysis of the positive and negative factors that influent the practical communicativepractice between two sides, I put forward to some opinions and suggestions on how todevelop profitably both sides'political communicative practice .
