This text regards the relevant theories of consumer behavior as guidelines, defines network consumer behavior at first, further discusses the influence factors and the characteristics of the travelers' network consumer behavior, on the basis of the summarizing of the developing state of the network consumption and its appliance in the tourism field. Finally, the paper gives some deep discussion of the limiting factor of the development of the travel network consumers' behavior and puts forward some tactics of this issue. This text pays attention to proceeding from multi-disciplinary, many angles, and regards basic theories as the foundation, such as the theory of the consumer's behavior, psychology, economics, sociology, etc..At the same time, the paper combines e-commerce, network consumption and the relevant theories of the tourism, to analyze the question. Under the guidance of theory, the paper solves the problems. The method applied in the thesis is the investigation. Thus, the characteristic of travel network consumer behavior is summarized through the data got in investigation after systematic analysis.This text is divided into four parts. First part is theoretical foundation of the thesis and current situation analysis of this issue; Second part is tourist's network consumer behavior questionnaire investigation and analysis; The third part is the focal point of the thesis, carries on the discussion of the tourist's network consumer behavior characteristic, constituted of two chapters. One is the analyses of the external influence factor of consumer behavior of tourist's network, the other is the analysis of the tourist's network consumer behavior; The fourth part is the study of the limiting factors of the tourist's network consumption and relevant countermeasures. The pertinence tactics are proposed from many aspects, such as travel website, consumer, travel e-commerce.
