Human resource is the key source to the enterprise existence and development in the knowledge-based economic age. The importance of human resource management (HRM) will be embodied more. Employee -leaving is a general phenomenon with economy developing. The number of turnover cases the frequency and the influences have caused many problems and attracted more and more attention. The thesis chooses Sichuan L Machinery Group Co., Ltd (Company L for short in the consequent passage) as an example. Company L specializes in manufacturing and selling the key parts of automobile engine and casting iron products. Company L is a Sino-U.S. joint-venture company, whose Chinese partner is a private enterprise. It has developed over 7 years since established in July in 1997. That's because more and more employees left the enterprise, which weakened the stability and lowered their products, even threatened its existence and development. Company L has to study and solve the problem at present. The thesis mainly analyses the problem of employee-leaving in Company L in details. Contents in the thesis are assigned six chapters as the following. The first chapter is a preface, given the necessity of research as well as the method and background of research for this problem; the second one about the theory analysis of employee-leaving and provides a theory basis; the third one is about the company's history and counts company L's employee-leaving rate in several years; the fourth one mainly introduces the positive and negative influence the employee-leaving brought to the enterprises and employee; the fifth one analyses the reasons of employee-leaving such as social reasons , the main reasons for employee-leaving in Company L are unreasonable salary and wages...
