Under the new economic situation highlighted by knowledge, information and sociality-orientation, how to clarify internal decision-making system so as to make decisions with the definition of key stakeholders, which is a key factor for the high efficiency and competition of the bank management, has raised the concentration of bank managers from joint-stock commercial banks.Based on the advanced stakeholder theories and decision-making theories both at home and abroad, the thesis manages to introduce a rational decision-making method with the definition of key stakeholders of joint-stock commercial banks. Firstly, according to the questionnaire, the confirmed stakeholders are chosen to be the objectives of the analysis. Then the paper analyzes the internally organizing structure and the separate functions of decision-making agencies, and introduces the modern decision-making system applicable to the joint-stock commercial banks in details. Furthermore, through applying the quantitative model for the separate management to the stakeholders to the specific decision-making process of the bank, the key stakeholders of the bank are defined after the quantitative analysis, which facilitates the decision-making agencies to make quantitative-and-qualitative decision strategies . towards key stakeholders when facing varied objectives, and maximally raises the effects of decision.
