Transition Period After Accession To The Wto On China's Trade In Services And Countermeasures Research

Since the end of 2004, after entering the WTO for full three years, our country enters the after transition period. The already existing protective measures will all be cancelled by a large margin or protect competence to drop notably in the field of service trade .The service trade of our country gets very fast development after entering the WTO. But contrasting with the trade in goods of our country and development of the foreign service trade of developed country, service trade are still relatively backward and will face greater challenge. So this text begins to write from the impact on our country's service trade and the measures which should be taken in service trade of our country in after transition period, having very important realistic meanings.The content of this text divides into three chapters altogether. Chapter one: basic theories analysis of service trade .I have explained relevant concepts, such as service, service trade, etc. at first and its function on one country's economic development of service trade development. Secondly I has probed into the theory about service trade emphatically here, namely comparative advantage theory and competition advantage theory .On the relation between the comparative advantage and competition advantage, I think , the two coexist and the comparative advantage theory is the foundation of the competition advantage theory. Chapter two: The main commitment of service trade and impact on our country in after transition period entering the WTO.According to the basic principle of General Agreement of service trade and the main commitments on the after transition period ,I analyse its unfavorable influence and useful influence to our country's service trade development. Chapter three: Countermeasure analysis of service trade development of our country.
