Research On Russian Trade Union Reform During The Transition Period

Since 1990 s,with the society changing and Soviet union collapsed,Russian original politic,economic,social and cultural system changed to new system,inaugurating a difficult and complex process of social transformation.Facing the rapid social transformation,Russia union,as the successor of the traditional Soviet union,did a lot of shock,and had to transform its role and status along with the social transformation through reform.Taking Russian union as the research object,this article,based on the transformation of contemporary Russia and the changes of the trade unions,analysis the Russian union agent and contents of the reform in the new period,so as to examine the changes of Russian social economic system,which has some important research value.Through combing Russia union in various periods of development and reform of the former Soviet union,outlining the development of Russian union evolution,this article,on this basis,focus on Russia's trade union in the background of reform during the period of transition,and makes a concrete analysis,the reason and content of the reform of summed up the characteristics of the reform,and makes evaluation of the effects of the reform.On the first chapter,this thesis mainly discusses the formation and development of the Russian union,and its development in various historical periods,and respectively presented the beginning of formed in the period of tsarist Russia,Soviet union's all-round development as well as the conditions of change during the period of transition.On the second chapter,this thesis analyzes the Russian union reform motivation and reason during the period of transition,and discusses the reform of the internal and external causes and the urgency of the reform in detail.On the third chapter,the focuses on is the specific content of the Russian union reform,and based on content of the reform,summarizes the characteristics of the reform.The fourth chapter mainly evaluate on Russia union reform effect,and explains the main challenges after the reform of Russian union.In the transformation of society,the emergence of alternative trade unions and the impact of the economic globalization,Russia union reform has faced of the internal and external pressure.Due to lost the support of the Soviet party and state,trade unions in the new era has to play the new role,to make sure continues existing.In the face of the competition and challenges,the union must respond,and the best way is to reform.Russia union reform made great achievements during the period of social transformation after the break-up of the Soviet union.Most importantly,the trade unions survived in the turbulent environment,and has kept most of the property and its trade union rights and also privileges,and trade unions to become an independent social organization.Although Russia union has made a positive response to these pressures and challenges,it also appeared some new problems and challenges in the process of reform.Reform is a slow and long process,and will not happen overnight.It till has a long way to go.
