Law On The Information Model And The Disciplinary System To Build

Information law science is a developing and multiple discipline, the research object of information law science is the phenomenon and regulation of information law, it uses the theories and methods of information science and researches the related information, analyses and solves some law problems using the conclusion of law science. Now informatio" management scientists, jurists, economists and sociologists are interested in this law field. But because of involving too many courses and researchers in different fields, it has no research model belonging to itself, so that the course's development is limited. To counter this problem, this paper discusses the research object, contents and tasks of information law science, based on research result of other researchers, proposes new research model based on fact analysis and dual thing opposing, next, the paper discusses some information law systems, proposes the course system of information law science. This system involves all contents of information law science, and examines the matter from various angles. Last, the author anticipates that information law science will include the component parts of technology and humanity, and it will be a multiple course.
