| The past several decades have witnessed the rise of Internet and Internet has changed the lifestyles and even ways of thinking of mankind and greatly impacted upon the traditional laws. The legal problem revolving around domain name is among the heatedly disputed and difficult points. Due to the influence of traditional systems, whether the theoretical community or the judicial community can't reach a consensus, therefore the study of the legal problems arising from domain names is of great practical significance. This thesis first introduced the origin and development of domain name and went on to analyze the causes and types of domain name disputes and then anatomized the nature of domain name right to construct a domain name right system and in closing, it expounded the prevention, solution, coordination of domain name disputes, as well as the mechanism of ultimate judicial protection. |
