Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Rural Party Member Building Of Dingzhou

The 18 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out, we shoulder the responsibility to lead the people to build a moderately prosperous society, promote socialist modernization, realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Rural Party members are the power source of the Party in the countryside, the powerhouse of carrying out all kinds of policies in the countryside, leading the farmers into new rural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To strengthen the construction of rural Party member, is not only a major subject in the construction of the communist Party of China itself, but also the requirement of realizing the harmonious development of rural society. It is very important for strengthening rural grassroots positions and improving the scientific level of Party building to improve the quality and ability of rural Party members constantly, let the rural Party members play vanguard role in the reform with new opportunities and new environment.Some domestic experts and scholars did some research and exploration on the current situation and countermeasures of construction of rural Party members and achieved gratifying results, but there is no special research on the actual construction of the Party member troop of Dingzhou. The innovation of this article is aimed at the problems existing in the construction of the Dingzhou rural Party member troop, corresponding solutions are put forward, and the countermeasures are universal. That has general significance for the related problems in other areas. On the basis of the scientific definition of rural Party members and rural Party member troop construction, this paper introduces the views of Party member troop construction in MAO zedong thought and theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the research on the rural Party member troop construction conditions has been carried on from individual, group, organization and the environment of different levels.There are four kinds of research methods in writing the paper, they are literature research, case study method, survey statistics and summary induction. On the basis of a lot of literature, the paper sums up the useful exploration of Dingzhou rural Party member troop construction right now. From the statistics data, there exits some problems of five aspects: the rural Party members’ structure is not reasonable, the rural Party member troop’s quality is low, the rural Party members’ education work does not in place, the rural Party members’ management is defectiveness, parts of the rural Party members’ indifferent to consciousness and tenet. We analysis the causes of the problems from rural Party members, Party organizations at the grass-roots, rural economy and rural culture ect. The paper puts forward countermeasures to further strengthen the construction of rural Party members according to three principles, the combination of the rural Party member troop construction with socialist new rural construction, scientific development with overall consideration, theory with practice. The concrete measures have five aspects, to optimize the structure of rural Party members, improve the overall quality of the contingent of rural Party member, strengthen the education of rural party members, improve the management of rural Party members, stimulate the enthusiasm of rural Party member to cultivating career. These measures are useful to mobilize and inspire the enthusiasm of rural Party members’ role and responsibility, consolidate the basis of position of the Party in the countryside, burst the new vitality of the troops construction of Party member constantly, and then achieve the great rejuvenation of the “China dream”.
