| The education and training of the demobilized cadres is not only an important part of the resettlement work,but also a very important part of the national talent strategy.In recent years,the state and the party have paid close attention to the re-education of the demobilized military cadres,and issued many policy opinions to standardize and guide the work.The author hopes that by investigating and analyzing the current situation of the education and training of demobilized military cadres in Zibo,Shandong Province,he can point out the existing problems and the causes of the problems,it also draws lessons from the way of training and education carried out at home and abroad,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the way of implementing the education and training for the transferred cadres in the Zibo Army.The thesis consists of six parts.The first part focuses on the background and significance of the in-depth research,the research results of some experts and scholars on the education and training of cadres in the army and the related concepts and theories.The second part expounds the necessity of the education and training of the Army transferred cadres by the Party and the state,and sorts out the policy changes in the education and training of the Army transferred cadres since the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China.The third part focuses on the analysis of the situation of education and training faced by the military cadres in Zibo,which includes the following four aspects: the situation and current situation of the military cadres in Zibo participating in education and training,the problems in the education and training of demobilized military cadres in Zibo and the reasons for the problems in the education and training of demobilized military cadres in Zibo.The fourth part introduces the Education and training methods of the advanced military cadres at home and abroad,summarizes them and gives Zibo a reference.The fifth part deals with the way of work in the field of rehabilitation of military cadres that Zibo is facing.The sixth part makes a summary of the research,and points out the defects inthe research,as well as the future expectations. |
