Study Of Private Enterprises During The Building Of Party Organizations In Transition

With the develepment of the reformation and the change of the tragedies of our party, the society is stepping into a new time in which private enterprises are growing in a high speed. Private enterprises are becoming the focus of the whole economics in China, but they have many problems, too, especially in the aspect of the Party's construction.But nowadays, the costrction of the Party's organization in private enterprises is fairly poor .The target of strengthing and solidening the class foundation and popular foundation, and that of keeping the Party's advancement and generality during the new historic periods constantly, have not yet been realized. So, a reseach on how to strengthen the costrction of the Party's organization in private enterprises is significiantly.This thesis includes four parts:1. Stand the point of solidening and developing socialist system , emphasize the necessity of strengthening the costrction of the Party's organization in private enterprises.2. From the system feilds, interpret reasonability and certainty of the costrction of the Party's organization in private enterprises.3. Analysize the current situation of the costrction of the Party's organization in private enterprises and the new problem it is faceing deeply; give my opinions to how to deal with the problem of the bosses'joining the Party and to what position the Party organization should have in private enterprises.4. Faceing above all problems, I give some advices. The most important of them is that the Party organization should lead private enterprises establish their own special enterprise culture respectively, so that solve the above-mentioned problems at all.
