The next part of this artilce discussed the method and tool, techniques of assistance processes of drawing up project plan: the Organizational plan, the communications plan , quality plan , staff acquisition and the procurement plan. As another research object of the artilce, the case is the research on the income prediction of Kunming City branch company of Yunnan province telecommunication limited company. This article disscussed the methodes and processes of incom prediction. The last part of it discussed the currently existent problems in enterprises and gives the countermeasures and suggestions.
