This paper is a part of subject which is the development of project management application system. Main research is that improve project management press of type project of military plan develop in XAC, and that develop a series of science project management process of developing type project of military plan.This paper explain the thought, method of the project management and compare the difference between project management mode and current management mode at first, so it is necessary and scientific to apply project management in type developing project of military plan of XAC. But current management press is unsuitable for . standard of project management, it is necessary to improve the management press of developing type project military plan by standard of project management.
