Non-profit Organization Involved In Research In The Social Security

With the arrival of "global associational revolution",NPO has developed rapidly since 1970s.And the research on the theory of NPO is developing deeply day by day. Many scholars focus on the relationship between NPO and social security. In order to overcome the limition of the traditional social security, this thesis puts forward some key points : we should integrate social security resources, make NPO as the new point in the social security area, erect the multiple social security system which combines country,market with NPO,extremely exert the effection of NPO in social security.The thesis employs the basic principles of political science, administrative science,social science , management science and other disciplines, adopts the method which combine normative analysis and empirical analysis, makes NPO as the main point, discusses the theoretic basis,function and weakness of NPO's participation in social security systemidy and thoroughly,and brings forward some look-forward and operative policy suggestions to develop NPOs in China.The whole thesis is composed of four parts:Part one: the historical evolvement and theoretic basis of NPO's participation in social security. This part expounds NPO's conception, analyses the evolvement of NPO's participation in social security according to four periods:germination,development,declination, reemergence,and pursues the theoretic basis from political science,economic science ,social science, and so on.Part two: dialectical interaction relation between NPO and social security. On the one hand, NPO can exert its special advantages because of its new constructional mechanism and working system;on the other hand, the weakness and innovation of social security system has provided great opportunity for the development of NPO.Part three: the limition factors of NPO's participation in social security. This part analyses the common factors under the international background and the unique factors in china. NPO has deadly disadvantage of voluntary failure inevitably,and with the development, it will drop into the crisis of over-commercialization, bureaucracy and dependence. At the same time, theNPOs in China is being an unique dilemma in which NPO shapes unregularly and unpefectly. This part analyses the unique factors by focusing on the generation mechanism, management mechanism, competition mechanism, supervision mechanism and self-governace mechanism . Part four : the perspective design of China NPO under the angle of social security. To develop NPO in China, we should introduce the heterogeneous factors, impulse the qualitative change in the relationship between governer and NPO,governance structure,supervision mechanism, mobilization pattern,management mechanism, human resource management and so on through system transplantation, achieve organization innovation from "the same appearance and the different essence" to "the unification of the appearance and the essence".
