The Police Exercise Of Executive Power And Its Specification

This thesis mainly analyzes police administrative authority from the light of administrative law. By doing this, I want to provide theoretical basis and solving methods for the present policy system reform and various problems of the legal construction of our country.The whole thesis includes three parts:1.Theoretical analysis of police administrative authority. Firstly, this part analyzes the definition and features of police administrative authority;Secondly,it explores the value tendency and legal status of police administrative authority;Thirdly,it discusses the existence Tightness of police administrative authority; At last,it talks about the basic principles of police administrative authority.2.Main problems and the reasons of using police administrative authority. It points out that there are many problems in the usage of police administrative authority, however, the most serious problem is the violation of police administrative authority to the citizens' rights. The chief reasons for these problems are the followings, that is, imperfection of the law of the policy administrative authority, unscientific distribution of the policy administrative authority, poor supervision of the usage of police administrative authority, low level of the enforcing persons of the policy administrative authority.3.1egal thinking of regulating the usage of the policy administrative authority.
