Research On Assaulting Police Behavior

In recent years,in the process of the construction of China's legal society,the people's police are frequently subjected to the abuse,insult,provocation,violent attack and injury of the objects of law enforcement in the process of performing official activities in accordance with the law,so the normal and lawful execution of official activities has been seriously challenged and undermined.Frequent attacks on police not only endanger the personal safety of the police,but also damage the authority and credibility of the police law enforcement.Causes of assaulting behaviors is very complicated,we must begin from various analysis and prevention,the author thinks that can be set up to protect the crimes the police assaulting a police officer on duty,a scientific system of policing activities,strengthen the behavior after the occurrence of police assaulting a police officer regional collaboration,improve the environment by the police public relations,etc.,take effective measures to maintain and safeguard the police justified and lawful rights and interests.
