We all know the principle of "disease come from the mouth", so we think shall know this principle more well.This thesis centered on the recruiting work of Henan Constructing Cooperation, analyzed the main work of modern enterprise human resource management in relative theory, combined with the working practice of this company, according to the experience of modern enterprise in international market, regulate the recruiting work and find out the existing problems and give suggestions to it.Through revealing the important significance of recruiting, the author remind that this company shall pay more attention to the recruiting work, introduce some common recruiting channel and analyzing method, especially analyzed recruiting work of some famous international cooperation. Based on analysis above mentioned, combined with the daily recruiting work, the author designed a totally new and complete recruiting management system. And its application and effectiveness was checked through a recruiting practice and shown its effectiveness and application.
