Our College Leaders Supervision Research

The cadres' supervision system is one of the most important contents and the communist always pay more attention on it. The college cadre is the critical element in order to construct those qualified colleges. It is required better qualities for the college cadres with the quickly development of the college education and deeply reform of the teaching and learning. It is an important and urgent task to cultivate the cadres with high qualities. Nowadays, there are still exist some problems though the whole trend for the college cadres is all right, for instance, the increasingly cases for breach of duty and doing illegally. Therefore, we should enhance and improve the cadre supervision system in colleges. The article analyzes all-round the importance, current situation, main contents, basic approaches of the cadres' supervision system and explains how to construct it. It is constituted of three parts.The first part, it is about the importance of this system. In this part, for improving the new proj'ect of the communist in college construction, the author suggests that enhancing the system is the objective of the college political education and also the need for practicing supervision byelaw in the Communist.The second part, the author analyzes correctly about the current situation of the supervision system. To begin with, this part analyses the good trend for college cadres' supervision. We can tell from the increasing attention received, the working Internet system completed, the system rudiment formed, and the high quality in the majority of the cadres. Then, it analyses the main problems about the supervision system, which is showed in the poor cooperation among the supervision sections, the deficiency of the supervision system, etc. Finally, it analyzes deeply about the causes for those problems.
