Research On The Construction Of Cadre Team Of Communist Youth League In College In Dalian

Communist Youth League in college is always developing along with the development of Communist Youth League and the higher education as a front army of Communist Youth League and an important force in school education. It plays an important role in the training of human resources, and also makes important contribution to the development of Chinese Communist Youth League. The cadre team of Communist Youth League carries out the main work, and plays a very important role in making contribution to the Communist Youth League. In this paper, we focus on the construction of the cadre team of Communist Youth League in college in Dalian. The study result will be of a great significance to the development of Communist Youth League in college.In this paper, we first undertake a review of relevant theory of human resource management, which provides a theoretical basis for the research. Second, we state the current situation of the Communist Youth League in college in Dalian, clear the current achievements and problems, and analyze the causes of the problems. Third, we work out the guiding ideology, strategic goals and basic principles for the Communist Youth League in college in Dalian. Finally, combining human resource management theory and the corresponding guidelines, strategic goals and basic principles, we work out the measures for the construction of cadre team, which will provide guidance for the real work.
