The education and training of cadres is a topic that must be learned in every period.The advancement of the times has accelerated the pace and speed of the progress of contemporary leading cadres.Therefore,it is an urgent task to solve the problems existing in the education and training of cadres and propose improvement measures.Through the discussion and analysis of the problems in the education and training of cadres at the first-level administrative colleges of the city,and summing up the countermeasures,it will help the training to have a substantial effect,and it will be more conducive to the construction of the cadre team in China.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is an introduction.It mainly gives a brief description of the research content and research methods,and introduces the cadre education and training at home and abroad.The second part clarifies the relevant concepts of cadre education and training.The third part uses the form of cases,taking Huai'an Administration College as an example to introduce its training status and effectiveness analysis.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of cadre training in Huai'an Administration College,finds out the problems in the process of cadre training,combs them one by one,and analyzes the reasons at the same time.The fifth part introduces the analysis of some outstanding cadre education and training experience at home and abroad,including several distinguished cadre education and training sites in China and well-known foreign senior civil servant training institutions such as Canada,Germany,Singapore Administration Institute,etc.Analyze and study the success of its cadre education and training,and put forward what can be absorbed.The sixth part is the countermeasure suggestion part,and puts forward specific suggestions for specific problems.The seventh part is the conclusion.
