Talent Assessment In The Modern Enterprise Applications

Competition is the permanent topic in the development of enterprises. With the development of management science, the competition between enterprises has gradually changed from those in material, capital and technology to those in human resources. In the development and management of human resources, how to recruit those who are fit for the enterprise, how to find who is the best to the work and how to train employees according to the need, all have become problems facing the enterprises. Considering the successful enterprises at home and abroad, human resources assessment is the key to success in the development and management of human resources. It offers scientific material, which can help enterprises to choose, use, train and keep talented persons. At home, more and more enterprises have thought much of human resources assessment and began to use human resources assessment to help make decisions in the development and management of human resources. However, compared with developed country, the level of human resources assessment is still low. I am working in an enterprise that engages in the research of human resources assessment. This paper chooses one of the most successful assessments which the author has participated in, uses correlative theories to analyze the whole process of the assessment project'design, and wants to summarize experience and educe revelation to use for references.
