As the grass-root service organ,township government plays important role in rural social management,resource mediation and distribution and improvement of public living conditions.With the constant enhancement of people's living conditions,increase of material demands and improvement of living environment,people will put forward higher requirement for the service quality of township government.Therefore,township government is in urgent need of changing management mode to meet the challenges.At this stage,how to transform the function of township government service has become the important topic of township government reform.Due to the deep influence of feudal thought,Chinese research on township government human resource performance assessment started relatively late;meanwhile,existing socialism economy with Chinese characteristics proposed higher requirement for township service oriented government.Thus,there are many difficulties in the concrete practice of township government human resource performance assessment.For this reason,to explore a human resource performance assessment in accordance with Chinese fundamental realities is the important topic that township government needs to solve urgently.The establishment of township government performance assessment will effectively facilitate the reform of Chinese grass-root government,enable the research of township human resource performance assessment to acquire achievements,and lay foundation for the construction of service-oriented township government.By taking the human resource performance assessment of village K government as example,combining with domestic and overseas achievements in human resource performance assessment,starting with the problems in village K government human resource performance assessment,and ending with researching the countermeasures of township human resource performance assessment,this article finds out the problems in existing township government human resource performance assessment.In addition,through the in-depth analysis of problems in village K government human resource performance assessment,it proposes the suggestions for scientification of township government human resource performance assessment with the expectation of obtaining innovative breakthrough in the research of township government human resource performance assessment.
