Sustainable Development Project Design Assessment And Ecological Industries In Northern Technology Park Empirical Research

Sustainable development is an important topic, which concerns population, resources, society, and environment. In this paper, the author discussed the evaluation theory and case analysis of sustainability, provided a study example for strategies of sustainable development of this type of region through combining the theory and practice..In Introduction, the author stated the background of this topic and its research framework.In Chapter one, the author reviewed the history and definition of sustainabledevelopment, at home and abroad, and outlined its indices systems.In Chapter two, in the view of ecological economics, the author explored the new theory and methodology and its main contents of feasibility study for sustainable development project.In Chapter three, the author systematically discussed the overall designs of Shanxi(Yulin) Sic-Tech district of ecological economy. Main contents including agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, greenhouse farming and processing industries etc. were studied seriously.In Chapter four, the author analyzed the scale, structure and investment schedule of the construction projects in the Sic-Tech district, and evaluated the economic effect of projects.In Chapter five, the author studied the operation models and supports systems of Shanbei Sic-Tech District of Ecological Economy. About operation model, the author discussed management models and running models. About support systems, the author studied the support systems of policies, organization, technology, funding, qualified human resource and ecological environment.
