Strategic Direction Of Enterprise Performance Measurement Mechanism

Based on the reviewing researches of performance measurement, the paper focuses on discussing the strategy-oriented problem of enterprise performance measurement and how to build a system of strategy-oriented performance measurement. Analyzing the strategy-oriented problem of measurement system through the two views of economics and management, the paper demonstrates that the strategy's oriented function can greatly promote the effect of the enterprise's performance measurement based on the reviewing researches. The paper also makes some researches about index's decomposable logic, measurement index of frondose station and its setting of proportion and standard. Through the conformity of the former research fruits, the paper advances an implementary tool of the strategy-oriented measurement system, that is, SM+ROM measurement system. At last, the paper makes a case analysis on putting strategy-oriented measurement system into concretely exertion at enterprises. This paper points out that the strategy-oriented measurement system is a good medicine of solving the problem of the performance measurement system at some enterprises.
