The world is undergoing profound changes since Internet appeared. Internet has impacted everything in the world. In recent years and in the condition of modem Internet society, the right of civil subject has been infringed. Because of the characteristic of Internet, investigating and fixing legal liability is more complicated than before. Traditional law system is facing the unprecedented test and challenge. In order to conquer the difficulty and face up to this challenge it is necessary for us to develop and perfect the Internet law. Now, the new problem of law by the Internet is focus on the personal right and copyright. In the field of copyright on the network, the new works on Internet has been appeared; the scope of copyright has been developed. In the field of personal right, Internet has made it is easy to infringe on the civil subject's reputation right and the right to privacy. In fact, the problem of tort on the network concerns not only encouraging creation and prospering science and culture but also developing the network commerce and the whole information industry. We should deeply study that problem. Because it is significant for us to perfect our infringement theories, widen the realm of IP research and promote the development of IP course. Meanwhile, it dose good to settling the problem of that kind by offering realistic theories for our legislation and judicial circle.This thesis centers on the infringement act and aims at making a researching on the right on the Internet and the writer divided five parts to expound these problems .The first part of this article defined the tort, ascertain the copyright and personal right in the modern Internet society, it also discusses the characteristic of infringing copyright and personal right in the new condition. The second part mainly analyzed the new body in infringement on the Internet, the liability for tort, the imputation principle and so on. The third part studies how to give a appropriate restriction to the right owners. The fourth part makes the research on the illustration of jurisdiction of Internet tort, the author explains her position on the jurisdiction of Internet tort, meanwhile, The last part analyses the relevant problems in detail, the author hopes to pay her attention to and make proper efforts to the act of tort on Internet and the building of morality in the condition of modern Internet.
