International Legal Mechanisms To Control Climate Change Research

Since industrial revolution, the human society, while consuming the energy and promoting economic growth and the society to be prosperous in a large amount, have caused the global climatic change question too. Climatic change has already become the focus that international community has paid close attention to as a global environmental question. As to this, the international community has reached some common understandings through the negotiation, at the conference of environment and development of the United Nations in 1992, the participating countries have signed " the climatic change frame convention of the United Nations ", at the meeting of Kyoto of 1997, every contracting party has reached" Kyoto Protocol ", these two regulatory treaties have offered the basic legal system frame for solving the climatic change problem in the international community.Global climatic change is not only a environmental question, but also energy question , economic question and political issue. Of our country CO2 emission at present second only to U.S.A., occupy the second in the world already, other greenhouse gas emission occupy world arrange too, therefore it is greater and greater to require our country to reduce the pressure which arranges the gas of the greenhouse in the world. During the following dozens of years, the climatic change question will bring a lot of challenges , pressures and opportunities to our country. In terms of law, it is significant to carrying on research in international mechanism of climatic change.International cooperation is the only effective way of solving the climatic change problem.
