Water is necessary for life itself. Without fresh water, an otherwise healthy person will be dead within a week.Dianchi water pollution has been impeding severely the sustainable development of eco-society in the basin. Many factors results in Dianchi water pollution, in the final analysis, most of wastes are attributable to varieties of people's living and production activities. So, In order to control the water pollution, using law to restrict and regulate people's behavior is very efficient. But the law carrying on at present is far from the objection of controlling water pollution. This thesis is from threeangles--legislation, enforcement and observation of the law todiscusses the law system available of Dianchi water pollution remediation. All the work is to put forward some suggestion on perfecting the law system of controlling Dianchi pollution.This thesis is made up of four chapters. Chapter 1 discusses the effect and the defection of the concrete law measurements available update according to the classification of water pollution resource. Chapter 2 compares Dianchi lake with Taihu lake of Jiangsu province and Lute lake of Japan in pollution state and controlling measurements. We can draw lessons from the comparison for administering Dianchi. Chapter 3 analyzes the defection of the whole law system of controlling Dianchi water pollution using normal analysis methods of jurisprudence , legislation and environment economics, and then put forward countermeasure of law in accordance with the defection. Chapter 4 tries to build the law mechanism of Dianchi pollution control, it should include prevention mechanism, activity-regulating mechanism and supervision mechanism.
