Chinese Communist Party, The Third Generation Of Central Collective Leadership And Innovation, The Theory Of Party Building

In the twenty-first century, a global World lies ahead of China. The building and development of CPC will be affected by the changing situations of the world politics and economy. After twenty years' reforming and opening to the outside world, profound changes in China society have been brewing in this period. The social structure and values are quite different from those of the past. In the new situation at home and abroad, our Party must adjust herself to the changes in the new situation and create new ideas. Our Party must analyze the situation of the world, the nation and the Party, using the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, and consider what kind of party should be built in the new century. This indicates that Marxism keeps pace with the era and that leading groups of the third generation emancipate the mind and seek truth from facts.The Party building theory of the leading groups of the third generation makes Marxist party theory apply in China and is similar to that of the first and the second generation. Their creative theory makes up of the three phases of Marxist constructive Party theory that develops in China. Through monographic study and basic analysis, this article analyzes the contribution of the leading groups of three generations in Party building theory and stresses that the third generation keeps pace with the era.
