Criminal investigation system about crimes attached to post is an important judi cial system. After the criminal law and the criminal procedure law was formally issued in 1979, the criminal investigation system in our country began to step into legaliza tion. To form any legal system, a self-perfection procedure is needed .The research m ethod of this thesis is scientific analysis and comparative analysis. The thesis concerns with many kinds of limitation of the current criminal investigation system. In combin ation to the former theoretic research, the author makes a discussion on how to overc ome these flaws and points out some suggestions for improving the current criminal i nvestigation system.
