With the further development of China's anti-corruption struggle,in recent years,China has been punishing and preventing job-related crimes as the focus of attack.It has responded positively to the job-related crimes from the perspective of criminal legislation and social supervision mechanism,and has achieved certain results.Due to its rising trend and serious social harmfulness,female job-related crimes have attracted great attention from society.Punishing and preventing female job-related crimes has become an important issue in anti-corruption work in China.This article focuses on the investigation of crimes committed by the A District Procuratorate in Zhanjiang from 2007 to 2016 in 10 years,and is divided into three chapters.The first chapter of this paper,through a large number of data,statistics and analysis of the overall situation of job-related crimes,the situation of female job-related crimes and the situation of male job-related crimes,and compare the two,sum up the characteristics of the local female job-related crimes,and appropriate the characteristics of the local female job-related crimes offense and the other regional women in the country.The characteristics of the job-related crimes are compared,and the regional differences in the characteristics of female job-related crimes are found,and then the local social and economic development situation is combined with the three dimensions of the individual,the system and the society to deeply analyze the reasons for the local female job-related crimes.The second chapters make a deep analysis of the deficiencies in the legal system of the crime prevention and control of female job-related crimes in China,which mainly embodies the lack of some key laws for the prevention of job-related crimes,the imperfect legal safeguard mechanism of women's political participation,the imprecise provisions of the bribery crime and the obvious light punishment of the job-related crimes.The third chapter,based on the deficiency of the system,combined with the legal status of our country and some effective experiences abroad,puts forward some suggestions on the legal system of prevention of female job-related crimes,including the formulation of some single law,the constitution of the crime of correcting the crime of bribery,the perfection of the criminal penalty system of the job-related crimes,and the perfection of the crime.In addition,in the non legal level,it is necessary to play the preventive function of the audit and construct the social security network for the prevention of female job-related crimes.
