With the aggravation of competition since the seventies of the 20thcentury, mixed operation financial institution offered multi-directionalservice to global customer. Countries operated separately gave up theseparate operation one after another and turn to mixed operation. In aword, nowadays, the integration of financial industry is an importanttrend of global financial system. With our country's entering into WTO, toadapt to the trend from separate operation to mixed operation isnecessary. At the same time ,we have to pay attention to the peculiar riskscaused by the mixed operation.With this thesis, the author point out that china should takemixed operation. And , in order to avoid the peculiar finacial risks ,lawabout internal control and financial regulation should be improved.
