It's decided by the nature of the copyright which is the private right.At present, on one hand, because of lacking of license patterns of mass copyright,the low efficiency and high cost, which make the author lose control of their works,lots of works without license are on the internet, the appearance of infringement ofcopyright is very serious. On the other hand, the users can't get the works throughappropriate ways, mass copyright license is becoming restrict problem to the user'sindustry. It makes people get excellent works indirectly and promote the progress ofthe whole social culture.This thesis starts off from the trends balance of copyright, through amplify thecollective administration copyright in digital environment and involuntary licenseregulations, having a footing on the license patterns of mass copyright. On one hand, it's more difficult to survey the copyright;on the otherhand, the author also have the obstacles to license users.Part three discusses the variety of license patterns of mass copyright. It's dividedvoluntary and involuntary license, the former one mainly expound and provereasonable of expand of collective administration copyright, the progress of othercountries and how to construct our owns;the latter one mainly discuss statutorylicense, obligatory license and reticent license. At last, it analyzes two patterns frompractice in the legal visual angle.Part four put forwards the train of though to dispose of the problem, which abideby the trends balance, and to set up a variety license system, based on collectiveadministration copyright. We should consummate the law and standardize the patternsfrom practice.Finally, the conclusion part sums up the whole argument and generalized thecentral topic of this thesis.
