Chinese Communist Party To Build A Harmonious Socialist Society Capacity

Ever since the 16th Party Congress of the CPC, the awareness of the establishment of harmonious society has been deepened, the postion to build the harmonious socialist society in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been specified, a series of measures have been taken and great achievements have been made. It is a great strategical task to build harmonious socialist society and aslo an important test to the administrating ability of the Party. Some rquriements have been made for the administrating ability which are: we must bring the central leadership of the Party into full play, we must adhere to the theory of scientific development by Hu Jintao, adhere to serving the people which is the primary interest and task of the Party, and we must improve the ability to build harmonious socialist society through building of administrative ability and give strong political support to the establishment of harmonious socialist society; our party must hold out Deng Xiaoping's theory ,and the Three Represent which are the directives of our party, deeply carry out the theory of scientific development, continuously regulate ourselves, and make ourselves real organizers, practitioners, and example-demonstraters; we must start from the grass-roots, steadily improve the leadership of the party in the the establishment of harmonious society and raise the quality of cadres in all levels and the party's ability to to build the socialist harmonious society; and we must push forward the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
