At present, it has become popular to protect women's human rights during internal and external protection of human rights. Domestic violence is the representation of inequality of men and women during personal field, it is the trample to the nonaggression of the body, the nonaggression of sexual right, decision-making power, right of privacy and right of property. Alone with the protruding of domestic violence problem, international community pays more and more attention to the development and perfection of international law and domestic law against domestic violence in view of women. In our country, it has not been for a long time for us to start it, many people have not realized domestic violence is the aggression to women's human rights. So, from observation of convention of women's human rights, on the basis of revealing the gap between the protection of internal and external women's human rights, by means of comparison, it has important practical significance to use the experience of other countries for reference, perfect the system of legislation, judicature and social salvage of domestic violence in view of women and protect women's basic human rights further.
