| Over the years, the issue of domestic violence against women has not get public’s attention. When the private implementation of this act happens, it is usually rely on domestic law to impose sanctions. If there are not any laws, in most cases women will become powerless victims, this is not conducive to the further development of human rights. This article will take the perspective of state responsibility in international human rights law, make a point of view that one country should take state responsibility for non-compliance with state obligations to protect women’s human rights if she connives individuals act of domestic violence against women. Also, in this article, it will use comparative method to describe our countries’ insufficient in the protection of women’s human rights compared with other countries, then it will propose some improvements. |
