Domestic Violence, Under The International Human Rights Framework

Family violence is a problem for the present world countries. The high rate of occurrence and the amplitude of scope are not exceeded by other cases. It gives countries of the world difficulties to intervene by law. Furthermore, today a lot of people think that family violence is still a privacy. The purpose of the article is to awake the people and the departments again, specially the women and the departments of public security organs ,and make them realize further that family violence is not a privacy but a social effects of pollution that can't be tolerable. I suggest that should strengthen communication between country and country in the world, study and draw successful lessons to contain family violence from each other."
