Therefore, it is necessary to establish the conception and the system of the space right. Furthermore, the legislation of the Property Law does good to the establishment. The Property Law should contain the conception and the range of the space and all kinds of space rights. Then the system of the space right is so complex that it is difficult to include all contents of the system of the space right in the Property Law. Therefore, the paper suggests the system of the space right should be established by two kinds of legislation modes.
